I have been fixing computers for individuals, organisations and small businesses since 2003. During that time, I’ve helped a wide range of people keep up-to-date, comfortable and secure with their technology, from desktops to smartphones, laptops to tablets, iPhones, iPads, Kindles, PlayStations, smart TVs and more.
My original background in computer programming and an MSc in Computing Science give me the technical know-how to do this. But it is experience of working with clients (many of whom I have been working with since the business started) in their homes and offices, seeing that technology is actually used, and offering practical solutions, that makes the biggest difference.
